With the participation of the AR TARIM team, a Strategic Management Training was held on 17–18 November 2025. The training addressed decision-making approaches in times of uncertainty, the impact of key economic indicators on business management, and how to manage company resources more efficiently.
The program’s strategic focus covered topics that strengthen long-term sustainability, including cost of capital, asset efficiency, cash flow, and disciplined collections. At AR TARIM, we continue to build stronger management instincts and a more resilient future through our internal development initiatives.
