Agility requires first of all a change in the mindset. The correct management of behavioral change in the people within systems, institutions and teams can be said to be the secret of success in this transformation process. Adopting this point of view and putting agility principles into practice is indispensable for adding more value and progress to our industry. The course “Transforming into an Agile Organization” is the first milestone we have undertaken concerning this subject. It is part of our goal to turn our company into a more customer-centered living being.
Our team received once more a training on presentation skills from the 21st-22nd December 2022. We considered this repetition essential in the change management process we are in. Our management staff needs to convey effectively emotions and their thoughts to achieve the behavioral changes they desire.
In order to be more active and effective in business life with effective time management and thus leading to a higher quality in the private life, our employees received information on how to manage time both in their professional and private lives.
Ability to get and stay ahead by giving long-term value to and getting long-term value from customers has always been our golden rule. To transform our company into a much more customer centric organization we have started as a reminder with the basics by organizing an in-house course about customer relationship experience management.
Both companies have decided to work together for internal benchmarking and reaching business excellence. We had the opportunity to transmitt to our French colleagues our goals and how we work on reaching them. This visit marked the start and will be followed by a visit of AR TARIM at Desmazieres in July 2023. After knowing each other better, working groups will work on how we can improve our busines in order to make it more agile, more customer centric and more efficient in its execution.
This event is regularly organized by the embassies of Austria, Switzerland and Germany. As the main speaker, our Managing Director Ekrem Suad Sadak, an expert in seed potato import and production, gave insights into the current state and potentials in the Turkish agricultural sector in an impressive and entertaining way. The event was organized this time by the German Embassy in Ankara.
